I am a spirited, innovative, intuitive facilitator and workshop leader with extensive experience in peace-building, conflict management, and relationship-building.
With nearly three decades of national and international experience, I have worked with organizations in Mexico, Guatemala, Jamaica, Norway, Egypt, Tunisia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, as well as my beloved home country, Canada.
I have extensive on-the-ground experience in peacebuilding and democracy, including election observation missions. In July 2019, I served as an International Observer at the Parliamentary Election Mission in Ukraine, with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). I also served as an International Observer at the presidential election in Egypt, as well as the presidential and parliamentary elections in Tunisia in 2014.
My expertise encompasses working with teams large and small, ranging from executive boards of national and multinational corporations, government ministries/agencies, educational institutions, NGOs/INGOs, and entrepreneurs.
